Attak Panic Treatment

Today I want to introduce you to a very powerful little technique for people who suffer from panic attacks (also known as anxiety attacks). It may not eliminate your panic attacks like the One Move* can but it is very good for getting through a difficult episode of anxiety and learning the key factors that trigger your panic attack.

Let me explain it briefly here:

When you feel the anxiety or panic a ttack building, and your thoughts become more fearful, take a pen and paper and begin to write down each and every feeling and thought you experience.

Write them in detail exactly as you experience them as if you were a newspaper reporter. Go into as much detail as possible. How does it make you feel? What are the symptoms? How strong are the sensations? How scared do you feel on a scale of 1 to 10.etc

Do not worry that you may be writing too much or too little. Try to elicit the first thought that started the worry and continue from there, describing the bodily sensations as they wash over you. See if you can remember any anxious thoughts you had when you first awoke that day and any more that occurred throughout the day. Write it all down.

This is a subtle but powerful technique -not only does it distract you from the anxiety and give you a safe area to release what you are feeling, (onto paper) but it also helps you better understand exactly what triggers your fears. You will feel much less anxious for having done this exercise and you can apply this whenever you feel the fear rising again.

I suggest you buy a small journal just for this exercises and use it anytime you feel the arrival of anxiety. You can then keep track of how you are progressing over time. People I teach often use this method in combination with the PANIC AWAY course and it helps them chart a marked improvement in their progress.

The very act of expressing what we feel helps us reduce the emotional tension we fe el inside. In this case you are expressing yourself through writing. You will be surprised at how powerful it can be. More so you will be creating an account of your progress as you move out of the anxiety and return to a more relaxed mode of living.

Next email Giridhar I will share another interesting tip that I think you will find most useful one that is simple and very effective.

Until then…
Kind Regards
Joe

Do you ever suffer from the symptoms of a panic attack?

Do you ever suffer from the symptoms of a panic attack? -- Joe Berry

-Palpitations,

-A pou nding heart, or an accelerated heart rate

-Trembling or shaking

-Shortness of breath

-A choking sensation

-Nausea or stomach cramps .

-A feeling of being dizzy, -unsteady, Light headed, or faint

-Derealization (a feeling of unreality)

-or Depersonalization (a feeling of being detached from oneself)

-Fear of losing control or going crazy

-Fear of dying

-Numbness or a tingling sensation

-Chills or warm flushes

Do these symptoms sound in any way familiar? Maybe your bodily sensations are a little different. Maybe the first time you experienced them was when you were on a plane, in the dentist chair or even at home, doing nothing in particular. If you have ever had what has become know as a 'panic attack', take comfort in the fact that you are by no means alone.

A pa nic attack always contains the threat of impending doom. You feel you are either about to lose your mind, or one of your vital bodily functions is about to cease functioning, and that you will end your days right there among strangers in the supermarket queue!

I want to share with you firstly the fact that there is great hope. You do not have to spend the rest of your life worrying about when the next one will strike. In fact you do not have to spend another moment worrying about panic attacks. You can be rid of panic attacks and anxiety disorders

-Let me explain how and tell you a little about myself.

My name is Joe Barry and like you I too suffered from Panic Attacks. Mine were on a very regular basis. I was in my firs t year of college studies when I had my first panic attack. I felt my world was coming down around me.

I had no idea what a panic attack was at the time and naturally jumped to conclusions that things were far worse than they really were. I quite literally thought I was dying. For the next year I spent almost all my time and energy worrying when and where the next attack would arrive. I refused to seek help and carried small bottles of alcohol around as a safety measure in case I felt a panic attack coming.

Basically I was terrified. At night I would spend hours researching the causes of panic attacks and trying out all manners of techniques to help eliminate them. I became an expert on anxiety but none of that helped me stop the attacks -nothing was making me better.

My world was becoming smaller and people were beginning to worry about me. Due to the high anxiety I was also suffering from, I experienced a strange sensation of derealization, whereby it seemed nothing felt real; as if I was looking at the world through a pane of glass -not really connecting, just caught up in a cycle of scary thoughts and feelings. Not a very nice place to be.

It was exactly when I was at my most low that I stumbled across a technique by accident that fully turned my life around. This technique helped me stop panic attacks in their tracks. I could not believe it, it was like winning the lottery. I was delighted but skeptical and waited a few more days to see if it would work again. It did. Again and again.

I was suddenly in char ge of the anxiety and my life once more. It was an really wonderful feeling of gaining control of my life again.

Over the course of a week or two my general anxiety levels dropped to zero and my self confidence soared. Like a man released form a prison sentence I wanted to catch up on all the things I had postponed due to my high anxiety - things like flying away on holiday or going on away on weekends with friends.

Once cured, I wanted to let others know what was going on with me and maybe share the technique with people that were also having a similar problem. I had no idea then where this would lead me.

I discovered many people I knew had suffered from something very similar. I began sharing my ideas, and put together a rough version of what is now known as the PANIC AWAY course. The basis of the course is built around the technique that eliminates panic attacks. This technique later became know as the ONE MOVE technique.

The results were astounding. People were thanking me for having restored a quality of life they thought would never return. All I was doing was showing them the way I found my way out of an anxiety disorder. People reported instant panic reversal and later results confirmed that the technique was not only effective straight away but also a permanent drug free solution to a range of panic disorders.

I have since taught the course to thousands of people around the world with similar success. The bottom line is that there is great hope for anyone suffering from
panic attacks. The course has developed in leaps and bounds. I have coached people who have suffered from anxiety disorders for over 30 years, and they have reported excellent results within days of using the course and applying the tools and techniques.

Does your anxiety make you fear you may lose control ?--Anxiety and Panic Attacks

People who have anxiety and panic attacks often fear doing something out of character or fear they might lose control in front of other people.

If you are such a person I hope to put your mind at rest. Firstly, it is important to rememb er you are feeling this way because of the heightened state of stress your body is under. You feel out of touch because of the tension in your body which is mental, physical and emotional. This tension creates inner pressure that makes you feel you have the potential to lose control. I guarantee this will pass as soon as your body returns to a more balanced state.

Once the anxiety dwindles you will stop having that specific fear. You will have to trust me on that as it is difficult to imagine being free in the midst of the constant anxiousness. Remember this- In almost all cases those that fear they might do something out of control never do lose control.

Did you know:

The key difference between someone who is cured of panic attacks and those who are not is really very simple. The one who is cured is not afraid o f panic attacks. I'll try to show you how to one of these people as well.

What if I told you the trick to ending panic and anxiety attacks is to want to have one. That sounds strange but let me explain.
The trick to panic attacks is wanting to have one- the wanting pushes it away. Can you have a panic attack in this very second? No !

You know the saying "What you resist persists." Well that saying applies perfectly to fear. If you resist a situation out of fear, the fear around that issue will persist. How do you stop resisting? You move directly into the path of the anxiety; by doing so it cannot persist.

In essence what that means is that if you daily voluntarily seek out a panic attack you cannot have one. Try in this very moment to have a panic attack and I will guarantee you cannot. You may not realize it but you have always decided to panic. You make the choice by thinking "This is beyond my control."

It may help if you imagine that having a panic attack is like standing on a cliff edge. The anxiety, it seems, is pushing you closer to falling over the edge.

To be rid of the fear you must metaphorically jump. You must jump off the cliff edge and into the anxiety and fear and all the things that you fear most.

How do you jump –You jump by wanting to have a panic attack.
You go about your day asking for anxiety and panic attacks to appear.

Your real safety is the fact that a panic attack will never harm you. That is medical fact. You are safe, or the sensations are wild but no harm will come to you. Your heart is racing but no harm will come to you. The jump becomes nothing more than a two inch drop! Perfectly safe.

Trust that medical knowledge. Be assured by it -Think of all the attacks you have had to date and come out the other end. Was there any lasting physical damage to you, other than the mounting feeling of panic?

Now you are going to do it differently – You actively seek out the attack like an adventure seeker. Begin right now and for the rest of the day go out and actua lly hoping you will have a panic attack.

Some of this information forms a small part of the Panic Away course I teach which eliminates panic attacks for people immediately. My course Panic Away has proved highly successful with both long and short term sufferers of panic attacks.

Positive Brain Washing-Thinking

Brainwashing is a term perceived in a negative way by most people. But you know what, I think our brains could actually do with a bit of a washing sometimes!

You see, everyone comes into this world with a clear mind, and a belief that everything is possible. All is positive and well. Remember as a child, you could do and become everything, without any boundaries!

As we grow up however, we pick up beliefs, fears and limitations from our surroundings and peers that gradually form the person we are today. A lot of these beliefs unfortunately are negative and as we build our lives they limit us in our actions and being. Very often they therefore contribute to unhappiness or feeling unfulfilled in our lives and business.

It can be the smallest -- seemingly harmless -- remark from a mother like “just let me handle that, you are no good at that” that can convince you that you are not good at a certain task. A teacher who calls a pupil “the clumsy one” can do more harm with this remark than he realizes when repeated often enough. With every remark the belief is harnessed further in the child that it indeed is clumsy. Even though a remark is said with a smile or with the intend to be funny, it still leaves a legacy in the belief system.

This programming of course doesn’t stop at adulthood, it keeps influencing people in all stages of life. We are being influenced by our parents, kids, partner, friends, colleagues, television, newspapers, magazines and so on. Sometimes positive, but very often in a negative way. No wonder we limit ourselves in so many ways! Belief is the key to your success. If you belief you can do something, you can. If you belief you can’t do something, you will be right too.

The good news is: we can “reprogram” our

mind and replace our negative, limiting beliefs for positive contributing ones. Positive brainwashing is what I like to call it!

An example is “I easily do 10 sales calls a day”. Or “I am an excellent negotiator”. By stating this positive affirmation regularly during your day, you will achieve the goal you have set for yourself easier. This positive self talk helps your mind to overcome beliefs that you have about yourself, that limit your success and actions. Compare our mind with a computer: when you change the input, the output will change accordingly.

So if you have the limiting belief that you are no good in public speaking (probably because of negative experiences in the past) you can actually reprogram your mind by stating the following affirmation: “ I am an excellent public speaker. I love to speak for huge audiences and people love to hear me talk”. By affirming this belief over and over, you actually start to believe it and your mind will find a way to make this statement a reality. At some stage, you might decide to do a course in public speaking, or someone might ask you to speak at some kind of seminar, which forces you to work on your speaking skills. Somehow, this positive affirmation help you to reach the ‘goal’ you have set for yourself, and open doors for you that would normally would have been kept closed. And this works for virtually everything. Belief, and it will happen.

Imagine standing for a big river, with a heavy stream. You have to cross it, but you don’t think you can actually do it. Your belief is keeping you from crossing, although you physically should be able to do it easily. It just looks too hard! Then someone else comes up from behind you, and without thinking starts crossing the river and gets to the other side. His belief was positive, and he knew he could do it. The interesting thing is that this will probably influence your belief: “if he can do it, I can do it too” and you will then cross the river without any problem at all. Similar things happen when a group of people is introduced to the phenomenon of fire walking. At first a big group of people will say that there is no way they will walk on fire. Until…other people with higher beliefs go first, then all of a sudden everyone else rushes over to do it as well.

So think about YOUR beliefs, and try to discover which belief are actually holding you back from reaching your full potential in your life. Then, one by one, start eliminating these beliefs from your system. Formulate a positive affirmation that counters your negative belief, and re affirm it daily. Write them in your diary, on your bathroom mirror, next to your computer; anywhere you see it often and say the affirmation out loud as often as possible. You will be happily surprised by the results!

Mind Conditioning

FREUD says: all your thinking is association. If you see a dog in the
street, you start thinking about all the dogs you have seen from
childhood. Then you remember your childhood, you remember a teacher when
you were a child. There is no logical connection. When you start
verbalizing you miss reality. Every day the sun rises; every day the sun
sets; every day something new happens. To you it's one more Friday, one
more Saturday, another Sunday. The moment you label it as Friday, you
think you know everything about that day. You just take it for granted.
Because you take people for granted you don't enjoy your relationships.
You judge people first and collect arguments to support your judgment.

You can never step into the same river twice, because by that time it
has moved. People also move, they change, they are not the same as who
you met before. By the time you meet them again your husband/wife has
changed; something is added to them; either intelligence or foolishness.
But you don't agree. You hold on to the same mental setup.

Sushruta wrote 5,000 years ago. He talks about open heart surgeries and
transplants. He was a great enlightened Master. He said: every six
months your liver replaces itself completely. Not even one part is same.
Once in 21 days your intestine replaces itself. Modern day physiologists
agree. Every cell is replaced continuously.

Sushruta says: your mental structure plays a major role when these
changes take place. A disciple asks him: why do we carry diseases over a
number of years? Why does the new liver carry the same disease? Sushruta
replies: you don't believe you have changed, that's why. You carry the
same mental frame despite body change. That mental frame retains the
disease. You don't let go of that frame, you don't let go of that
disease. You don't let go of your samskara. Samskara is the powerful
mental root that drags you to travel the same. path.

Like Pavlov's dogs which came running and salivated even when no food
was served but the bell was rung, whenever you remember that past
situation or person you react the same way, you move in the same rut. In
the morning you worry about office, by evening you worry about your wife
and children, unconsciously, without reason. The mood remains low even
if you do not realize why. You do not live based on intelligence, you
live based on information.

Money is Your Reward for Serving Others

There is a very real possibility that everything you and I have been taught about how to earn money is so far from the truth that it’s almost comical.

Earning money has nothing to do with age, formal education, gender or geography. It has nothing to do with past experience or your formal years of education or your level of intellect.

There are individuals who are functionally illiterate who have become multimillionaires, while there are others who are absolutely brilliant and they are broke. Virtually anyone can be taught how to earn millions of dollars and yet the sad truth is that 97 out of every 100 people are born, live their entire lives, and die without ever learning how to earn money. To perpetuate this ridiculous problem, their ignorance is passed along from one generation to the next.

Our school system has been designed as an environment to enlighten young minds, to replace ignorance with understanding and ultimately improve the quality of life. And though our educational system has obviously been successful in many areas, it has woefully neglected one important subject, ''How to Earn Money.''

A lack of understanding in this area is the cause of numerous unwanted and unnecessary problems, since money is the medium of exchange that is used worldwide for other people’s products and services.

The Real Source of Wealth

There has always been a small, select group, approximately 3% of our population, who clearly understand that prosperity consciousness is the primary cause of wealth and their prosperity consciousness, like ignorance, is also passed down from one generation to the next.

Let’s look at ''money.'' What is it?

Money is a reward you receive for the service you render. The more valuable the service, the greater the reward. Thinking of ways we can be of greater service will not only help us earn more money, it will also enable us to grow intellectually and spiritually.

Money is an Idea

The paper you fold and place in your purse or pocket is not money. It is paper with ink on it. It represents money, but it is not money. Money is an idea. The earning of money has nothing to do with the paper stuff, it has to do with consciousness.

To accumulate wealth, a person must become very comfortable with the idea of money. That may sound strange, however most people are not comfortable with the idea of money, which is why they do not have any. The cause of poverty is poverty consciousness. A poverty consciousness will cause a person to see, hear, think and feel ... lack and limitation.

The late Mike Todd said, ''Being broke is a temporary situation. Being poor is a mental state.''

He was correct. There are wealthy people who lose every cent they have through a series of mistakes in judgment, but that does not make them poor. They will have it all back in a short time because of their prosperity consciousness.

Many years ago, George Bernard Shaw expressed his thoughts on money. People have such strong views on both of these statements, I purposely use them in my seminars to cause the attendees to think.

1. It is the duty of every person to be rich.
2. It is a sin to be poor.

Before you reject these as being ridiculous, let’s analyze them. To fully understand what Shaw was saying, you must have an open mind. There is a law that states everything is moving, absolutely nothing rests. You are either moving ahead in life or going in reverse ... growing or dying ... creating or disintegrating, becoming richer or poorer.

The Most Important Universal Law for Becoming Wealthy

There is another law to which people often refer in many different ways ... Karmic Law ... Sowing and Reaping ... Cause and Effect ... Action, Re-Action. How you refer to this law is of little importance relative to your understanding of how it works.

The thoughts, feelings, and actions that you express in life are seeds that you sow. The conditions, circumstances and things that come into your life are the harvest you reap as a RESULT of the seeds that you sow. For a moment, store this information in the back of your mind while we investigate the deeper understanding of the words SIN and MONEY.

Sin is ... transgression of the law. Violating the law is a sin and, in truth, the price of sin is death. That does not mean your heart will stop beating, but it does mean you will regress. I previously mentioned there is a law that states you will either create or disintegrate, you will grow or die. When you attempt to ''get'' without giving, you are trying to reap the harvest without sowing the seeds, and it will not work.

Now let’s look at ''money.'' What is it? Money is a reward you receive for the service you render; the more valuable the service, the greater the reward. Attempting to ''get'' money without providing service is also a violation of the law.

We Are Here to Serve Each Other

Shaw believed you and I are here to serve one another. Thinking of ways we can be of greater service will enable us to grow intellectually and spiritually. It is our duty to serve and money is a reward we receive for that service. If a person has received their money in an unlawful manner - by law, they must pay the price; you reap what you sow.

In light of the laws that govern our universe, what Shaw said is correct. However, if a person is not consciously thinking, Shaw’s statements would appear very callous, even ridiculous. Personally, I believe Shaw made those statements the way he did, to provoke people to think.

Quite simply, what Shaw was emphasizing was the importance of our own responsibility in the quest for abundance. Abundance is something we magnetize ourselves to ... we draw it into our lives ... in every aspect our lives. Business associates, friends, everything we want will come into our life by law, not luck. You are either attracting or repelling good. It is your own consciousness that ultimately determines your results.

''Money is in consciousness and it must be earned.'' If you want to improve your financial position in life, focus your attention on creating a higher level of prosperity consciousness. Begin by preparing a powerful, positive affirmation and fuel it with emotion. When you do this, you are depositing this creative energy in the treasury of your subconscious mind. And, by repeating this process over and over and over again every day, it will begin to alter your conditioning and mentally move you in the direction you want to go. Write it out, read it, feel it, and let it take hold of your mind.

How much money do you want? Saying you want more is not good enough. Five dollars is more. How much more? Decide on a figure. Be specific. You will not seriously want more money than you are capable of earning ... however, you would be wise to remember, you must earn it.

There are Three Income Earning Stategies

Trading time for money – By far the worst of the three income earning strategies, it is employed by approximately 96% of our population – doctors, lawyers, accountants, laborers, etc. There is an inherent problem with this strategy – saturation. You run out of time. If a person accumulates any degree of wealth employing this strategy, it will be at the expense of a life. They compromise on the car they drive, the house they live in, the clothes they choose and the vacations they take. They rarely, if ever, get what they want.
Investing money to earn money – This strategy is used by approximately 3% of the population. The number is small for the obvious reason – very few people have any money to invest. Many people who effectively employ this strategy follow the advice of a trusted, knowledgeable advisor.
Leveraging yourself to earn money – This is where you multiply your time through the efforts of others by setting up Multiple Sources of Income (MSIs). This is, without question, the very best way to increase your income. Make a decision to have many sources of income; it’s the strategy that wealthy people have used dating clear back to the ancient Babylonians. Unfortunately, this strategy is only used by approximately 1% of our population, yet that 1% earns approximately 96% of all the money that is earned! You are only a decision away from membership.
Once you determine how much money you want to earn, write it down on a sheet of paper in large figures. Look at the number with the dollar sign beside it and tell yourself over and over again:

THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY IS AN EFFECT. IT REPRESENTS A REWARD THAT I WANT TO RECEIVE. WHAT SERVICE CAN I RENDER THAT WOULD BE DESERVING OF THAT REWARD?

Take the total figure and divide it into multiple parts. Let each part represent a source of income. Each source of income represents a separate reward that you would receive for a service you would render. Work on one source of income at a time; each one can become an exciting part of your life.

Think of how you can do whatever you do – more effectively.
Think of how you can improve the quality and quantity of service you render.
Think of how you can help people in a greater way.
Money is a servant; the more you earn, the more you can help others.

How to Create Exactly What You Want

By Robert Anthony, Ph.D Creator of The Secret of Deliberate Creation
Take a trip to any jail or prison and you will meet hundreds of people who will tell you they are the "victims" of their circumstances.
Travel through any big city ghetto and you'll hear the same thing.
Visit any affluent, high-class neighborhood, talk to the people there and you'll discover the same thing.
Visit a middle-class neighborhood in New York, Toronto, London or Sydney and you will meet people who believe they are the result of their circumstances, good or bad.
They will talk about the opportunities they were given, or the chances they were denied. They may be grateful for the education they were exposed to, or complain they were denied the education they deserve.
One person will tell you about her wonderful childhood and upbringing was, while another will complain that she came from a "dysfunctional" family.
There is no denying that income, status, education, upbringing, neighborhood, family and many other situations will influence, effect and even determine the outcome of our lives.
But who creates the circumstances?
Your parents? Your environment? God? Destiny? Lost in all this analysis and the assumption of almost every unconscious person I have ever met is this one very important reality.

The effect of our thoughts ABOUT our circumstances.
We cannot change what happened to us, but we can change our PERCEPTION about what happened to us. This is the key to changing our present circumstances and our future.
Our minds are like a garden. We can intelligently cultivate our garden, or we can allow it to run wild. If you diligently attend to your garden, it will produce the things you cultivate.
If you don't plant specific seeds, then the animals, wind and other elements will cause RANDOM things to grow which will likely to choke out the things you want to cultivate from your garden.
One thing is certain, *SOMETHING* WILL GROW IN YOUR GARDEN!
Just as a gardener must tend his or her garden, keeping out the weeds, you must tend the garden of your mind, weeding out the thoughts of lack, limitation and negativity.
If you practice gardening of this kind, you will soon discover that you are the gardener of your soul. You will come to the profound revelation that you are not the victim of your circumstances--but the creator of them.
The reason is simple: Whatever you give your attention to and focus on shapes your character, creates your circumstances, and determines your ultimate destiny.
~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~ Please read that again ~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~
What you experience in your life is directly connected to your inner state of mind. The most important thing you can learn about success, prosperity and happiness is that cause (thought) and effect (results or experiences) are one.
But face this important fact - You don't simply end up in jail or the hospital, bankrupt, or alone no more than you simply wake up rich, successful, happy, and healthy. All these CIRCUMSTANCES are the RESULT of thousands of little decisions, which are reached as a result of the thoughts you give your attention to.
Now, if you are like most people, this is the part where you start to mentally make excuses and argue with me.
Perhaps you believe that what I just said is true for other people, but you are quite certain that you have been the victim of extenuating circumstances beyond your control.
I know. I know. YOUR situation is different.
So just how does that work? Let's talk about how all this applies to you.
First, you must accept that on one level or another, you have manifested everything that is happening in your life. Even the horrific, nasty stuff.
I agree that you don't do it consciously. But you do it. Now here's the thing . . .
You are surrounded by a data-sphere of information that promotes negativity, fear, anxiety, limitation, and lack. It pummels your senses from all directions. It comes from your TV, radio, the Internet, your friends, family, church and the people you work with.
Most people are so saturated by negative programming that they can't even conceive a life of anything but struggle and complaint.
What you read, what you listen to, and the people you talk with have a huge effect on the person you are and the thoughts you have. It not only comes from the media and other individuals but from the government.
The doom, gloom and negativity that is perpetuated by the government is designed to appeal to the programmed fear of the masses in order to get re-elected. We elect and re-elect these people to *save and protect us* from the pending doom and gloom.
If that wasn't enough, consider that the microcosm of our mass culture can be found in entertainment and even sports personalities. Most of these people are insecure, self-centered and only interested in their own 15 minutes of fame.
However, they are not the problem. We are, because we are willing to spend countless hours and pay billions of dollars to watch them, mimic their lifestyles and even their manner of dress.
You must recognize that this data-sphere is continually programming you 24/7, and that almost 95% of it is fear, lack and limitation programming.
So what do you do? If you want to reach the highest levels of success, you have to zealously guard the input you allow to come into your life. You must control your own programming, and reject the poisonous stuff most people are trying to feed you.
In order to focus on success, it is imperative that you spend more time on your own personal growth. Each morning and each evening before you go to bed, spend time on focusing on something positive.
Remember: You are the foundation from which all your dreams are made reality. This is the only way you can guarantee your success, wealth and happiness...

Ask for a Joke

How can we boost our mental health in the COVID-19 era to minimize the impact of the virus and the “social distancing” in our lives, and to ...
